Toroweap from Las Vegas

A visit to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Toroweap guarantees a quieter, more natural setting in which to enjoy the Grand Canyon. Be whisked away in our SUV and onto back country roads. Toroweap is a Paiute word meaning “dry or barren valley”, and that’s no joke! The area is only accessible through miles and miles of dirt roads, so buckle up for the ride! From the overlook, there is a 3,000 foot vertical drop into the canyon, which is a prime example of nature’s gift to the world. There is little hiking involved as this is mostly a sightseeing and driving tour. It’s perfect for the person who enjoys off the beaten path locations without being an expert hiker.

 

The Toroweap Grand Canyon North Rim Tour departs from Las Vegas, NV at approximately 6:00am and returns at approximately 7:00pm.
